2. General description
This is the smallest candy production line. The newly designed compact hard/gummy candy machine was manufactured for a pharmaceutical company. We realized that this is a new small commercial machine, suitable for new candy investors.
The processing line is an advanced continuous equipment for producing candy of different sizes. It is an ideal equipment that can save both manpower and space and produce high-quality products.
3. Operation
3.1 Check the whole equipment before operation. Whether the equipment parts are damaged or loose during transportation can be installed and debugged after inspection.
3.2 Ensure that all relevant equipment is installed correctly and all cables and gas pipelines are connected correctly.
3.3 Turn on the depositing machine and set the temperature as required.
3.4 The depositing process is driven by the cylinder, and the depositing volume is controlled by adjusting the piston interval height.
3.5 Manually add syrup to the hopper.
3.6 Put the mold into the template, and then push it under the hopper and align it with the depositing head.
3.7 Open the depositing button or press the pedal.
3.8 Take out the mold and put it aside until the fudge cools.
3.9 Put the mold on the demoulder, step down the pedal and let the glue come out.
3.10 Place the gummy candy on the drying tray, and then move the tray to the drying room.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Daily maintenance: clean, lubricate and fasten the parts that are easy to loosen, and check the integrity of the parts. This type of maintenance items and parts are few, most of which are outside the equipment.
4.2 Level I maintenance: general tightening, cleaning, lubrication, tightening and local adjustment. The first-level maintenance and second-level maintenance are generally undertaken by the operator.
4.3 Secondary maintenance: internal cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and local disassembly inspection.
4.4 Three-level maintenance: disassembly, inspection and adjustment of main parts of equipment. If necessary, replace the parts that reach the specified wear limit. In addition, it is also necessary to measure, evaluate and record the wear of main components. Level II maintenance and level III maintenance are generally carried out by full-time maintenance personnel with the participation of operators.
