1. Stamping molding machine.
Main components: sugar feeding wheel, sugar bar, sugar chip blade, sugar chip bucket, sugar unloading blade, sugar unloading bucket, rotary head, and sugar cutting wheel. Stamping molding is the main method of hard candy molding machines. Early on, it was formed using intermittent single punch machines, which could only process one grain of sugar at a time, resulting in very low production efficiency. The continuous rotary press molding machine is widely used, which can simultaneously press more sugar cubes, greatly improving production efficiency.
Working principle: After cooling and homogenizing the sugar bars, they enter the molding machine. The sugar feeding wheel feeds the sugar bars into the rotating head of the wheel under the action of friction, and they are drawn into the outer edge of the molding groove. After being squeezed by the sugar cutting wheel, the sugar bars are squeezed into the molding groove and broken into sugar blocks. At the same time, the sugar punching rod is pushed forward by the cam, pushing the sugar blocks into the molding hole, being shoveled down by a blade into the sugar unloading bucket, and falling into the vibrating screen. After the sugar blocks have cooled, they can be packaged.
2. Casting molding machine.
Main components: conveyor belt, model plate, sugar nozzle, sugar pouring pump, storage tank, cooling device.
Casting molding can produce hard candy, soft candy, and soft candy, with a wide range of applications and similar equipment requirements. During casting and molding, when the cooked sugar paste is still in a flowing state, the liquid sugar paste is quantitatively injected into a continuously running model plate, then rapidly cooled and shaped, separated from the model plate, and then transported to the packaging machine along with the conveyor belt for packaging.
Working principle: The function of the sugar pouring pump is to push the sugar paste into the sugar injection nozzle. It is composed of two cylinders, the outer cylinder being a fixed cylinder, with a tank channel on the side penetrating the storage tank, and a small hole at the bottom connected to the sugar injection nozzle. The inner cylinder is an opening and closing cylinder, and there is a connecting handle in the middle of the inner and outer circumference of the cylinder connected to the left and right swinging levers. There are two small holes on the side and bottom of the cylinder. During swinging, the bottom small hole is closed with the bottom small hole of the outer cylinder, and the side small hole is connected with the hole of the storage tank. When the side small hole is closed with the side empty hole of the outer cylinder, the bottom small hole wine barrel sugar injection nozzle is connected. A piston is installed in the opening and closing cylinder. When the piston moves up and down, air can be sucked in, and the Jiangtanggao is pressed against the sugar injection nozzle. The piston movement distance determines the amount of sugar paste discharged. The piston movement distance can be adjusted according to the size of the sugar block. In the lower part of each sugar pouring pump, there is a sugar pouring nozzle, which equalizes the number of sugar models.
